Must I sign a waiver to enter iJump?

Yes, all jumpers AND observers MUST sign a waiver. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Grandparents, siblings, nannies, aunts/uncles, and other family members without court issued guardianship are not considered legal guardians. If you are bringing children or teens who are not your kids — for birthdays or play dates – please remember to get waivers signed by their parents before you come.

Okay, so there are trampolines…but what ELSE can we do at iJump?

You can jump, bounce and flip on a wide varierty of inter-connected trampolines, play competitive dodgeball games, do tricks into the gigantic AirBag, slam dunk a basketball or climb to the top of our massive rock wall. 


Ninja Warrior Course, with different skill levels to test your skills, it's a challenge for the entire family. A 48 inch height requirement is recommended. iJump also has a Little Ninja course for younger children.

Are there any age limits or restricions?

iJump is available and has something fun for ALL ages! There is never an upper age limit! There are height retrictions on some activities.

Are Grip Socks Required?

Yes, beginning December 1, 2016, iGrip socks will be required to jump. We have them available for purchase for $3.00 at the front desk.  You may use iJump Grip Socks previously purchased from iJump but we do not allow any competitor socks on our trampolines.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable! You will be having a blast and getting a great workout so exercise gear is fine. Grip Socks only on the Trampoline Arena. Shirts must be worn at all times.  Do not wear anything that could tear our rip the trampolines.  Empty your pockets before doing the ninja course and jumping on the trampolines.

What other group events do you offer?

School groups, Church groups, Youth groups, sports teams, after prom events, private events, and holiday parties.  For companies and organizations, we also offer meeting rooms and catering options.  Just give us a call and we will help you with scheduling and pricing.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Deposits for Parties and Large Group Events will be given a full refund on cancellations made more than a week in advance. A deposit becomes non-refundable within 7 days of the event. No refunds for persons missing from your reservation. ALL group and ticket sales are final.
